People change a lot. While how you were as a kid greatly influences on how you will be as an adult, you have to admit that you are also way different now than how you were. With that thinking, I was able to put this together. They're more or less ten people.
Many things have changed since then and will change from now. So here are some pieces of advise you could give to your 16-year old self like I would.
Life had been good this April. Here's to hoping that May goes well, too.
Its skies are like an awakening, telling me that it's a new day to make sense of all of it.
Try writing your list of wins. You'll see, every day or every month is an adventure. By the end of the year, you'll be able to see all of the blessings and bigger wins that come with them.
Get this. You're beautiful. No matter how skinny or how curvy you are.
It doesn't matter how many little wins (and how little these are) you have for each month as long as you're working hard to reach your goals. Remember, baby steps are fine!
